To kick things off in Canada Quintin Co. introduces “The Ko-Op Project” which consist of eight collaborative projects with various boutiques. With a variety of 5 panels, fitted baseball caps, and snap backs each cap features an original design to represent the boutique as well as the city. These caps can be seen individually at www.theko-op.com so head over and check them out and be sure get your hand on these before they are all gone as they have already began to move fast. Previewed back in August was the Black Scale and Us Versus Them collaboration and now we have a full view of the graphic entitled “La Guerra Clandestina.” This graphic uses both brands logos by incorporating Us Versus’ “Sword & Palms” logo and Black Scales “Rebel Flag” to make a very unique and interesting graphic. No word on a drop date but stay posted for this collaboration to drop very soon.

Upper Playground recently announced a collaborative project with Montana Colors to create artist series Hardcore cans by four artists. The third MTN x UP Limited Edition artist can in the series features the collaborative work of El Mac and Retna.

Each of these artists has developed his own distinctive style and technique; Retna is renowned especially for his bold calligraphic brushwork, and Mac for his uniquely stylized painting of lifelike faces and figures; El Mac uses spraypaint and Retna uses spraypaint and acrylic for paintings; oil, acrylic, enamel, pencil, and other mediums on paper, canvas, and wood.

Straight from the Velocity factory, Benny Gold gives us a first look at his most recent project with Velocity, the two tone rim. This collaborative rim will be making it’s first debut this week at the Interbike tradeshow. They all come with a gold colored aluminum card and custom sticker. The black section of the card is chemically etched into the metal. Each card has the set number stamped directly into the metal. Check out the rims after the jump.

Thanks to Benny Gold we have a look his long awaited socks that he will be producing in his line. The socks come in a custom patterned argyle with signature paper plane flight pattern are woven into an athletic sock in two colorways. 5th Column presents their Fall look book entitled ” The War of The Flea” shot by world famous photographer Will Robson-Scott. With the recent inauguration of Michael Jordan to the Hall of Fame Nike and Jordan brand introduced a Air Jordan 1 Retro and before hand there where many back and fourths with sampling. The pair pictured features an all Black Leather upper, instead of a patent leather like the released pair, with Grey and Black numbers in the mid-sole with a Gum sole, instead of a White sole.
